Mr. Tamiru Belayneh
Mr. Tamiru was former Chief Portfolio Officer at Ethiopian Investment Holdings and senior leader at RENEW. With deep experience in banking, private equity, and SME investment, he will bring a sharp, numbers-driven perspective to evaluate startup viability.
Ms. Saskia Kloezeman
Ms. Saskia has extensive experience working on development-funded programs, digital transformation, and private-sector capacity building. She works closely with startups and service providers on investment readiness, ecosystem development, and creating sustainable digital jobs.
Mr. Addis Alemayehou
Mr. Addis has been one of the most consistent supporters of Ethiopian entrepreneurship and many founders know him for his candid guidance and for backing local innovators long before the ecosystem had visibility.
Ms. Amity Weiss
Ms. Amity was former CEO of Komari Beverages and previously in senior leadership roles within Ethiopia’s private sector. Her work spans commercialization, market research, organizational development, and operational planning across multiple industries. She has worked closely with early-stage founders on business model design, growth strategy, and team capability, and has contributed to initiatives that strengthen the wider startup ecosystem.
